IMPROVEMENT OF AVERAGED DC-DC CONVERTER MODEL
Abstract
Features of averaged models of DC-DC converters are considered, advantages and shortcomings are noted them. It is shown that the existing averaged models (Ben-Yaakov model, Vorperian model, Erickson-Maksimovich model) can lead to essential errors of modeling in some operating modes of the DC-DC converters. The model, free from the specified shortcomings is offered. In particular, this model for the buck converter correctly works even in a case when the output voltage is greater than the input, and also for duty factor of the control pulses significantly more than 0,5. The comparative analysis of models is carried out and advantages of the offered model are shown.
